Found some old sound files...which Ill cut and post over the next few weeks. The back-story: In 1979 I auditioned for McNaull & Brown, a band based out of Toronto, fronted by recording artists Brett McNaull and Bob Brown from Kirkland Lake, ON. 1 week and 40 songs learned later, we hit the road. This song, Hard to Handle by Otis Redding, was recorded during a show at the Fallsway Hotel in Niagra Falls. The sound-quality isnt very good, but for anyone curious what I was up to during that era, this is captured from a brief snippet in time...not the hard rock era, nor the pure show band era...but some funk, an eclectic mix of originals and other styles...6 strangers brought together to share life through music.
