Found the Yum Yum recipe Brian DeMent! Hope you like it! The secret is to use hellmans mayo, cover and refrigerate over night. The first time I made it, I was a little overzealous and tasted it right away......bad idea! Mary Moo and I have been going to Genji since they opened back in the 1800s and we would always ask what the recipe was.......Many of the chiefs told me what was in it but not the correct measurements. I finally figured it out last year. 1 teaspoon of tomato paste 1 tablespoon of melted butter 1/2 teaspoon garlic powered 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1 1/4 cups of mayonnaise 1 teaspoon white sugar 1 pinch cayenne pepper 1/4 cup of water
