Found this interesting piece of a movie scene which Id like to share with all of you. Students debate about Islam, terrorism and prejudice / perspectives. (2:47 min.) As the movie scene shows, its all about perspective. Prejudice unfortunately often blinds us so completely, we even refuse to consider different perspectives at all, if only to try and make sense of the reasoning of others. It is always wise and healthy to continuously question your own believes and assumptions. This is one of thé hardest things to do. Though we have to try. We have to make effort in order to move forward together beyond the status quo of hostility and hate. For our own sake, for our childrens sake. Schools should show this scene to students in courses like history and social science. I would definitely wanna see this movie anyway...
