Foundation Cristosal and asociacion de la mano contigo, met today with representatives from the LGBTIQ movement of El Salvador to work on the draft of three constitutional claims against laws that promote inequality and discrimination against LGBT persons. This is the first of many meetings/workshops we will carry on until the end of the year when we expect to present this claims to the constitutional court. This is an example of how Cristosal supports the LGBT community and accompany the civil society movements of El Salvador. Here we are following a world trend, searching for justice in the courtrooms said German Ambassador Henrich Haupt who was present this morning.
