Four hours of waiting for #CheesecakeFactory in Lexington. So very disappointed. Fish tacos were cold! With tortillas that were not steamed or seared on the grill. I love fish tacos- but these were bad. Service was very very slow. Server and server assistant did not communicate whatsoever and we were left sitting for uncomfortably long periods with empty drinks and food we didnt really want to eat. If my employees ever performed that abysmally I would punch them in the face. Only good things were the cheesecake and the free bread. Boo.
