Four months ago today, the world as I knew it imploded and I had to make some sudden life changes, many of them hard. It was only through the support of my family, friends, and loved ones that I made it through the first few weeks/months with my dignity and sanity intact. Now that Im on the other side, I see its all for the best, though its still a weird road at times. I just wanted to thank those of you who shared a wise or kind word, who made me laugh, who gave me hugs or a shoulder to cry on, who gave me a bed to sleep on or a meal to eat, and showed me some compassion when I needed it most. At the end of the day, love really does make the world go round. Sometimes its just not the kind of love you expect.
