Four persons are dead and at least eight missing, after a passenger bus carrying school children plunged into the sea in Owia, in the northwestern part of St Vincent this morning. Divers were searching for the missing persons, but have been hampered by rough seas. Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves told NBC Radio in St Vincent and the Grenadines that the coast guard is working to find the students who are still missing. Gonsalves has postponed his budget speech, which was scheduled for this afternoon. It has been pushed back to tomorrow.
