Four questions for you who are concerned about growing your own, - TopicsExpress

Four questions for you who are concerned about growing your own, just to clear the air: 1. How is growing your own better for the poor than having dispensaries, who under fair market conditions, can set prices as they see fit, or even like other states, donate to those who are in a lower income demographic? 2. You do realize that the start up costs, maintenance, and time factors are a hindrance to most, not just the poor, but all who need safe access to medical marijuana sooner than the weeks it takes to successfully cultivate a mature plant? 3. Under current state law, even IF you are found not guilty, acquitted, or not arrested for possession or growing marijuana under FL Statute 893.13 (6)(a) as you quote, your equipment, marijuana, and even other items that law enforcement deems is connected with the growing operation can be either destroyed and/or confiscated? 4. Isnt safe access to the majority, who do not have time and/or funds to grow their own, more important than those few who prefer to grow their own? Listening to the Jordans at different debates, that seems to be why they are in favor of Amendment 2, even though they dont like how you cannot grow your own. Watch the YouTube clip below (Its about safe, legal access). Because it provides access without the fear and worry of being busted. They lost all their plants and had to start over. While waiting for his plants to grow again, Mr. Jordan had to go the street to get it. Is that really what we want for Florida? The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.
