Four years ago, I uploaded my first video to YouTube! I remember sitting in the basement of my old house looking for something to do over the summer from senior year of high school to freshman year of college and I thought YouTube would be a decent way to pass time. I sat behind the camera in the first video because I didnt want to be on camera and basically whispered because I thought my family would think I was crazy talking to myself. Four years later, the videos have came a long way and I never thought I would still be making them or even have people watching them. I feel lucky that I have been able to turn something started out of passion into a job, but thats not possible without the support of great viewers. I wanted to thank you all for watching the videos, buying the cookbook, or even reading this right now!
