Four years ago today, the unexpected happened. I received a phone call from my brother Rusty that there was an emergency. I immediately thought of our Mom. Instead, it was our brother Bill. The gentle giant, The Beast, The man who had a passion for teaching, was gone. It is hard to believe it has been four years since he left us. You are not suppose to die at 56! You are not suppose to leave when there is still so much to enjoy and so much to do. But, our time is not Gods time. I believe God had a bigger plan for Bill. His death left a void for all of us... His friends and family. But, I remember the good times, his football playing days, the times we went to the movies, the phone calls and so much more! September 8th has now been marked on my calendar as a day I would rather forget! But, I cherish the memories of my brother and miss him greatly! I love you bro!!!!!
