Fourth Sunday in Advent: The promise of advent: It all began - TopicsExpress

Fourth Sunday in Advent: The promise of advent: It all began with a silent, unassuming, yet Holy night. But His return will be shouted by the angels and we will behold Him, face to face, our Savior and Lord. Luke 2:15b-19 The shepherds said to one another, “Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.” So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. Jesus said in Luke 21:27-28, “At that time they will see [me] the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.” (I think the video I made is too large...but thats okay...read the words you would have been hearing in your head in the comment below:) :-)
