Fq Sorry if TMI but Im freaking out right now. For the past two days Ive have big lumps(not tiny bumps) inside of down there and its very swollen. the lumps dont hurt, burn, or itch. I noticed it bc I felt pressure nd discomfort down there. I havent had any bad odor or weird discharge. Tonight after using the bathroom(peeing) a big clump came out of me, about a little bigger then my thumb nail, while wiping. The first time I wiped it was smaller clumps, smaller then a pinky nail. Non of them were blood clots. Im suppose to get my period in 3 days nd Ive been spotting(dont know if its my period or not) and theres a very low chance of me being pregnant. Ive been tested for stds recently, everything came back negative. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow morning but Im really worried nd have no idea wat it could be. Researching my symptoms is scaring the hell out of me. Has this ever happened to anyone? If so wat ended up being wrong? Please help Im freaking the hell out. Rp #Lilly
