Fr Gaetano attacks Hon David Bahati. By:Bryan Ainebyoona Garuga. The outspoken Kitanga Catholic Parish priest in Kabale diocese and Chairman Kick Corruption out of Uganda in Kigezi region Rev. Fr. Gaetano Batanyenda has attacked the way in how some Members of Parliament are defending the National Resistance Movement instead of giving advice to the party. Rev. Gaetano noted that during this time where National Resistance Movement is entangled in internal party conflicts some legislators pointing out Hon. David Bahati of Ndorwa West County and some other young politicians are trying to defend the NRM by favouring the President so that he can give them Ministerial Posts. Fr. Gaetano further added that by doing so Hon. Bahati has changed and that by continuing doing so he will have killed his integrity. The outspoken Reverend also noted that though the President said that issuing National Identity cards will curb vote rigging in the Country , Fr. Gaetano noted that its a dream in Uganda to have a free and fair elections. Gaetano said that since elections were started in Uganda in 1996 elections have always not been clean and the National Identity cards issue can not solve every problem concerning the electoral commission.
