Fr. Rob has served as a police officer for 30+ years. In Central Texas he has served in various positions including: Patrol Supervisor, Investigator, CID Supervisor, Forensic Analyst, Academy Instructor, Captain, and Chief of Police. Hall holds a Special Investigator & Master Peace Officer certification with the state. He was the youngest Captain promoted in Austin at the age of 28. His 1998 promotion to Chief of Police in a smaller jurisdiction made him one of the youngest chiefs in Central Texas. He has served as Assistant Homeland Security Officer & Emergency Management Coordinator. Aside from his law enforcement duties, he holds degrees in Forensic/Mortuary Science and Theology. He is an Ecumenical Catholic Priest & Catholic Bishop of the Sacred Division. He has served as Police Chaplain and priest for several parishes in Austin. Hall is a published author and public speaker on many issues. He is blessed with two grown sons. He has appeared on various TV documentaries and also works as a consultant for several paranormal investigative groups.
