Frackfree Fivevalleys post the below about an important national protest against Fracking coming up later in the month: Im seeing if anyone local would want to come along to this massively important demo in Lancashire. This outcome of this planning decision will be absolutely HUGE in terms of frackings future in the UK. The industry are already worrying so much about this and are organising a pro-fracking counter demo! It would be wonderful if we could get a crew from Stroud along to help, maybe staying the Tuesday night and being there early on the Wednesday. Wed get the fully subsidised transport and free hotel accommodation for everyone at the demo coming from afar! Let me know (by facebook message) ASAP if you or anyone you know would like to come so I can plan potential transport/hotel rooms with Frack Off.
