Frame modifications are complete. YAY!! Big ups to Jamie at MachineHead Ltd engineers. New rear set mounting plates, 3D modelled and laser cut CrMo steel; new swingarm mounting adjuster, same as used on the RS125; new radiator mount and position (new 2004 RS125 radiator too) and new engine/frame locator plates, CrMo steel, 3d modelled and laser cut. Swingarm mounting method makes fitting much easier and provides adjustment. Rear set mount allows us to move the footpeg up and down, 40mm adjustment. Seat subframe relocated with shallower seat angle. New radiator position much easier to mount and further away from exhaust and front wheel. New side fairing mounts made also. Prettier. Time to assemble and check and get the engines run in. Choice.
