The role is suited to a talented web expert with an eagerness to improve. Tasks will include (but not limited to): Maintaining,updating and improving existing client web apps Scoping, modelling, and developing new web apps Developing CMS plugins Developing website components Occasional front-end development The selected candidate must be able to demonstrate proficiency in one of: Node, PHP, Python, or Ruby, and a deep understanding of MVC and OOP. This is a causal role that could quickly grow into a full-time position for the right candidate. Youll work in a relaxed, professional environment in a great location. A genuine interest in current web development techniques and trends, as well as a deep understanding of the importance of design and UX in web projects is a must. Position: Casual, approx 10-30 hours per week.
