Franco Biscotti is an adorable low-rider black & white Chihuahua-terrier mix who was found wandering the streets of East L.A. with no collar or ID. Neighborhood kids said he had been there at least a couple of weeks. The vet thinks hes about 2 1/2 years old. He has since been neutered and vaccinated and is ready for his forever home! Franco loves most other dogs. He is affectionate with people he knows and trusts, and loves to cuddle with his foster mom, though he likes most men, he seems to be taking longer to warm-up to his foster mom’s big burly husband and the family cat. Franco is house-trained, is not an excessive barker, and responds to most commands. He follows his rescuer everywhere with a big smile and a wag of his tail.
