Frank: Just keeping busy until my on-line class starts in a couple of weeks. Bill Just Thinking Just sitting here, lost in thought About what I want and what I ain’t got. My neighbor he’s a busy man With a dozen acres and a nonstop tan. He’s got a young, fat calf in the field That would make a real tasty meal. He’s got a huge tractor, sharp knife and tools And at night, he’s a fiddling fool. But he’s got the kind of wife that Would make a blind man drool. The good books says I shouldn’t covet Someone else’s wife. But to me that’s a silly rule. Im just rescuing her from that life. I could give her love and kisses All the stuff she’s been missing While that foolish neighbor Stays knee-deep in his labor. He can keep the calf, the barn, the field He can keep the tools and the knife. I don’t want nothing But his beautiful wife. One of these days, I’ll get off my duff And decide it’s time enough But until then I’ll just have an idle thought About what I want and what I ain’t got.
