Frankly speaking, I m not afraid of hudud laws being implemented. We are already living in a country where minority rights are not respected, despite being provided for under the Constitution. Also, the government of the day is draconian and does not tolerate dissent. It does away with the law when it suits their agenda. What difference will it make? The onus is on those who would push for the hudud law is to show they respect the faith and legal rights of non-Muslims and they will not prosecute us summarily. This applies to both BN and Pakatan. If not, all these measures to implement hudud is just political gimmicking.
