Fraport Twin Star as the largest airport operator in Bulgaria and the concessionaire of the international airports in Varna and Burgas, searches for ambitious professionals for the position of Head of Non-Aviation activities department The position is responsible for all the revenues not related to aviation activities at both Varna and Burgas airports, including but not limited to real estate and retail business. The position reports to the Chief Executive Officer. You will be responsible for: o Development of a strategy for retail business at both airports with the existing operators and potentially new ones, whereas retail includes Food & Beverage, Duty Free and other retail outlets o Identifying of additional spaces for development o Market research for latest trends in the commercial sector o Conducting of tenders in coordination with the procurement department and contract negotiation with the potential customers o Supervision and monitoring of the offered service by the tenants o Renting of office space and ensuring of high occupancy rate o Renting of spaces like advertising etc. o Development of a pricing strategy for all rented spaces o Building up a good co-operation and customer relationship with the tenants and all business partners o Negotiation of commercial third party services contracts like Car Park, Baggage wrapping , Currency exchange, etc. o Conducting of passenger surveys in order to identify passenger satisfaction and needs You have: • Master university degree • strong experience in the commercial field • financial and basic legal knowledge • experience as a team leader • fluent knowledge in English • willingness to work in Varna with frequent visits to Burgas Your personal strengths are: • strong personality • analytical and negotiation capabilities • organizational talent and abilities • communicative and dynamic person • good team worker You may expect: • a career in a highly dynamic international company • an excellent work environment • a possibility for professional development and qualification If you would like to become our Head of Non-Aviation activities department, please send your CV in English not later than the 15/10/2013 to ftshr@fraport-bulgaria
