Fraud Detectives Need Help Identifying Suspect Last month a black female suspect entered a store located in the Tulsa Hills shopping center where she is suspected of committing fraud. The suspect brings in empty merchandise boxes into the store while pretending to return the item; she then switches the empty boxes for a box containing the merchandise and leaves the store. Suspect Information: Black female, short hair, wearing a green sleeveless shirt with white pants. Driving a white small 2 door vehicle with a sun roof or a small gold/silver Ford single cab truck.
