Free Bieber!! and lets talk more about the NSA. The NSA is responsible for the protection of mass surveillance in the United States, the NSA collects and stores all phone records of all American citizens. The agency openly uses subversive software to sabotage targeted individuals. Historically, it dates back to WW1 when war driven intelligence led the US military to conduct Cable and Telegraph espionage. AKA Signal Security Agency AKA Turbulence (NSA) began in 2005 as an offspring of two failed government contracted plans to decrypt communications (globally), both plans were considered wasteful, and ineffective. The NSA, however, is a realization of information processing at higher speeds in cyberspace. In June 2013 former NSA contractor Edward Snowden revealed to the public the massive extent of their spying both domestically and globally! Snowdens sole motive for leaking the documents was, in his words, to inform the public as to that which is done in their name and that which is done against them. He declared his mission accomplished, citing the international debate sparked by his leaks. A federal judge in December 2013 ruled that the government had almost certainly violated the US Constitution by collecting metadata on nearly every phone call within or to the United States. Ten days later, a different federal judge ruled the surveillance program was legal, raising the likelihood that the constitutionality of the program would ultimately be decided by the Supreme Court. Get this, the NSA failure(or lack of interest) to protect private information has directly managed to weaken much of the encryption used on the Internet (by collaborating with, coercing or otherwise infiltrating numerous technology companies), so that the majority of Internet privacy is now vulnerable to the NSA and other attackers. thereby, coincidentally, failing to protect us from identity theft! this agency needs immediate and serious reform. the secret FISC court is an un-successful check and balance system in place for monitoring the NSA, they reported the NSA operate on a set of secret rules and break those rules thousands of times a year by selectively sharing information and allowing agents to spy on love interests. the Obama administration swears they dont abuse their Big Brother internet spying to their every advantage, but they do. thanks to a secret loophole in the Bush administrations Patriot Act. But Yeah, but lets get Bever out of jail first.
