Your body/machine was designed for all day work and movement not complete immobility with bursts of extreme activity. Chronic sitting all day and 30-60 min of extreme fitness routine is a fast track to injury. Dont mistake movement with exercise. Dont fall into the trap of all or nothing. Consistency and variety is essential for your body to function well and function pain free long term. Look for ways to move, stretch, change positions, activate and elongate muscles ALL DAY LONG. This is what your body craves.
