Free HIV Testing Offered at Columbus Health Department in observance of National HIV Testing Day on Friday, June 27th In observance of National HIV Testing Day, the DCS Prevention Program of the Columbus Health Department will be offering free confidential HIV testing and counseling on Friday, June 27th from 9:00am – 4:00pm. The program will offer the rapid test which only takes 20 minutes. The DCS Prevention Program is located on the second floor of the Health and Human Services Building at 2100 Comer Avenue.
