Free your spine before breakfast freestyle. Give your spine a daily M.O.T by using movement to move your body. Here I am thinking about the spine in every movement aswell as getting a stretch in motion for the legs, hip flexors and most importantly mobilizing the spine through MOVEMENT. Rather than let the spine get too use to sitting and therefore becoming locked and immobile, I am always considering moving the spine like a wave, finding that serpentine and liquid flow quality. Highly recommend a Few minutes of spinal inspired movement a day as your back will Thankyou for it Movement is KEY! #NCG
