Freedom Party Alton H. Maddox, Jr. Tel.: (718) (834-9034) Founder Fax : (718) (884-8241) 1061 Atlantic Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11238 Two Strikes against Blacks: Maddox will Meet the Graham Family There are two strikes against all Blacks in New York. The first strike is the automatic enrollment of Blacks in the Democratic Party without demanding a quid pro quo. This means that any promise of a federal, civil rights investigation into the death of Ramarley Graham by Richard Haste is merely a "pipe dream". The second strike against Blacks is the New York Legislature filing a "bill of attainder" against me even though I never committed a crime and I was never dishonest to a client. Twenty-four years later, I am still licensed to practice law. This means that New York practices "might makes right". Assuming arguendo that I was suspended from the practice of law, this suspension was twenty-three years ago. A disbarment in New York is only seven years. I was never disbarred from the practice of law. Many disbarred lawyers in New York are practicing law again. Some of these are murderers, rapists and drug dealers. I intend to meet the family of Ramarley Graham Saturday afternoon. During this meeting, I intend to inform the family of how to avoid a third strike. The Graham family will be informed of both a criminal and a civil solution. If it is left to me, Haste will be fired in January 2014. Afterwards, he will be measured for handcuffs and leg irons for the rest of his natural life. Double jeopardy does not apply to grand jury investigations. If it had not been for both C. Vernon Mason and myself, Robert Johnson would have never been appointed Bronx district attorney. Black and Latino selected officials had been scared to pressure Gov. Mario Cuomo to break the glass ceiling against Blacks and Latinos as district attorneys. Mason and I did not reside in the Bronx. Gov. George Pataki placed the Bronx grand jury system in receivership. See, for example, Amadou Diallo. Gov. Andrew Cuomo has followed suit. The PBA is the legal advisor. Blacks and Latinos have been barred from sitting as grand jurors. Johnson knows the deal. Murder in the Bronx is a political question when a white police officer pulls the trigger and the victim is Black. According to Malcolm X, Democrats are "Dixiecrats"
