Freedom of Speech is a term in United States law that refers to the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States which says that, Congress shall make no law ... abridging freedom of speech. However, this is not extended to an entitlement that encroaches on peoples abilities to keep personal space. When youre driving down the road, you stay in your lane or make sure you wont collide with another car when changing lanes. You cant just slam into someone elses car and claim free speech. When you go into someone elses home and threaten them, they are not violating your free speech when they kick you out. You are in their space. And when I ban you from this Facebook page, I am not violating your free speech. You can still go anywhere else on Facebook. You still have your own wall on which to post. You can still directly message people. And you can still comment on other pages. By banning someone from this Facebook page, I am also exercising my free speech to Facebook that I do not want you in this space. I hope this clears up some confusion many people are pretending to have :-) Have a wonderful day!!!
