The Fascist (Italy 1945), Nazi (Germany1945), Duvalier’s (Haiti 1986), recently the Baath (Iraq 2003) were sanctioned by laws. The President Obama is too humble as a lawyer to accept a transition with a mess inherited of the previous administration that 15 years would not fix. Under this condition of Recession an economic tsunami Obama succeed largely to rescue the people by comparison to the scale of the damage. When a medical doc committed a malpractice it should be some how to penalize the practitioner and the team of his clinic.
