Freemans Real Estate 20/08/13 Overall, how would you rate the service?*: Incompetent Name of Company / Individual*: Freemans Real Estate How long have you used the company?*: 3-6 months How often do you use that company?*: Weekly How many people would you complain/compliment about that company to over a week ?*: 1-2 Would you recommend people to use / not use this company ?*: Definitely What was your compliment / complaint with the service?*: After several inspections by a prospective buyer and Freemans Real Estate I was informed that they would like to buy our house, but it would be subject to finance. A contract was signed allowing the buyer 4 weeks to organise finance a deposit of 10% was agreed upon. During this 4 week period at no time were we informed by Freemans Real Estate that there were any issues or problems with the purchase of our house or that the purchaser was having any finical problems. At the end of the 4th week no information concerning the progress of the finance application by the buyers was available from Freemans Real Estate. After several visits to their main office we were finally told that not only had the purchaser failed to obtain finance but also no deposit had been taken from them at the time of signing the contract. Because of the action of this real estate agent we have not only potentially missed out on other inspections or sales but also we did not receive any depots money as agreed to by all parties. When this was brought up with the owner of Freemans we were disgusted with his very abusive and certainly had a couldn’t care less attitude. What was the attitude of the salesperson?*: Complete moron If you had to return to fix a problem what was the attitude?*: Argumentive
