Freestyle s-moovie in less then 20 seconds! This is what I eat almost every day for breakfast, recovery or dessert! Easy quick and very nutritious! Boom! Enjoy :D To makes the moves you need: 2dl of orange (or your favorite juice) A few tbsp of oats 2 tbsp of your favorite seeds/nuts 1 cup of your favorite berries A few spoons of yogurt 1 banana or other fruit Put it all in the blender press play, take it for a spin, smile & consume
