As a French Customer Care Specialist you will be working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. French customer support agents are committed to providing support options, enrollment assistance, and resolution to our French customer’s issues with all contractual support options the company provides. Responsibilities: • To provide basic to moderately complex support to French customers • To provide and maintain strong professional relationships with all French customers and show empathy for the customers at all times. • You will demonstrate a high level of customer service when assisting a customer and if necessary escalate complex issues to a more experienced advisor. • Make yourself available to receive emails or chats and phone calls Experience and Education • Previous call centre experience • An appreciation of the IT environment, preferably with Apple products • A high level of computer literacy • Experience of working in a pressurized environment which is target driven Who is our client?
