Frequency distribution HAARP.....is a huge communication center that can distribute frequencies up into the ionosphere....and back down to a specific target....pin point...to a wide span Aluminum sprayed into the atmosphere helps the frequency sent from HAARP satellites travel into the ionosphere. The ionosphere must be raised higher then the way that it is naturally....above the stratosphere. This is in correlation with the weather changes that have occurred and the reason that they spray aluminum in the air. Also....global warming could be an effect since they are stretching the ionosphere beyond natural capacity. The distribution of frequency waves.....huge.
