Fresh and students Industrial Engineers are required!!! Job description: To enhance the co-packing production lines productivity and reducing the overheads. Study the process of the operation and come up with new automation solutions. Review the scanning team final output to insure error free products. Key accountabilities, deliverables & learnings: 1- Understand the co-packing activities. 2- Understand the whole process cycle starting from receiving the materials from warehouse, producing the materials and back to the warehouse. 3- Work measurements. 4- Line balancing and new lines design. 5- Work in improving the current state and think about innovative ideas to enhance the lines productivity. 6- Lines automation. Skills and experience: Engineering background. Worked in improvement projects. Lean Six Sigma knowledge. Motivated & Persuasive. Patient. Persistent. Internship duration: One month and half ( 45 days ). Starting from 1st August 2014 Location: Dokki & 6th October City.
