Fresh brains! Texas high school seniors visited campus yesterday and today for one of A&M’s National Scholar Invitationals, held each summer. In these two-day programs, potential National Merit, National Achievement and National Hispanic Scholars stay overnight in an Honors dorm and get to learn about A&M academics, traditions and student life. The Invitationals are among many programs the Association of Former Students has supported, and Texas A&M consistently ranks as a leader in number of National Merit Scholars recruited.
