Fresno is unfortunately highly infected with Scratchers and the saddest thing of all is some of them work in and or own, Professional Tattoo Shops! Do your research people and Stop bargain shopping for permanent art to adorn your body, after all, its your freakin body!, Not a piece of paper where mistakes are easily erased! A cheap/poorly done tattoo could end up costing you 2-3 times more financially and in some cases physically from botched tattoos performed by Scratchers!!! Do your homework and make sure that the shop and or artist(s) you go to are licensed/certified professionals through your local Health Department and City etc. One more thing, just because theres an artist/tattooer out there that does great work, be careful and observant to be sure that he/she is using clean/sterile equipment to ensure your safety! (If theyre not willing to show you a sterile set up/equipment, you might not want to risk being tattooed by them!)
