Friday, 3rd October. THE SECRET OF FRHITFULNESS-2 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. (Genesis 1:28 KJV). Before this week is over we will have to take the time to settle matters of fruitfulness, to the point where you will see yourself effortlessly producing fruits everywhere in Jesus Name. We discussed yesterday that the blessing is the secret of fruitfulness. The question now is, how does the blessing come? What is the secret of the blessing, and how can one get blessed? Again there is a secret to the blessing, and when you know the secret to the blessing you can actually get blessed everyday of your life. And if you get blessed everyday, you will be constantly fruitful everyday of your life as well. The secret of the blessing is words, words of God and words from God. Words are carriers of power, virtue and life. Jesus said the words I speak into you are spirit and they are life. God blesses us by speaking a blessing ver us directly as He did to Abraham several times in the bible. God also blesses us by prophetic pronouncements that comes through his servants. When it was time for Hannah to become fruitful, God inspired Eli, the priest of God at that time to make pronouncements over her, and God visited her. God will never do anything without His word, or spoken words from anointed vessels. God reveals what He is about to do to His servants so they can prophecy for Him to act. Another way God blesses us towards fruitfulness is by obedience of His word. In Deuteronomy 28:1 God said: If thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth. So where there is obedience to Gods word there will be fruitfulness, productivity and progress. In Isaiah 1:19 God said if you will be willing and obedient you would eat the good of the land. The land is loaded but only willing and obedient people eat of the good of it. In Job 36:11 God said if they obey and serve Him, they shall spend their days in prosperity and their years in pleasure. I give you two big secrets to the blessing that leads to fruitfulness: -spoken words of God or from God, and then obedience to Gods written word or a divine instruction from Him. You are fruitful in Jesus Name. Assignment. i. Arrange your life to be where the word of God is spoken with power on a regular basis. ii. Look for scriptures that speak of blessing and program yourself to obey them. iii. Ask God for grace to live in obedience to Hid Spirits instructions to you on a daily basis. Prayer. - Lord i receive the grace for absolute obedience to you in Jesus Name. - Break every rebellion to your word and to your Spirit in Jesus Name.
