Friday 8/29/14 Warm up: Active stretch + 3 rounds of 10 jumping chest to bar pull ups, 50 bear crawl, max effort handstand hold, 10 toes to bar Strength: Deadlift - 3 sets of 5 reps @ 65% - 4 sets of 4 reps @ 75% - 5 sets of 3 reps @ 85% *1 min rest in between all efforts Conditioning: Congratulations to the newlyweds!!
