Friday 8/8 Saturday 8/9 and Sunday 8/10 Incident Reports: Runaway Juvenile, Prescription Fraud at Wal Mart, Shoplifting at Wal Mart, Theft from a residence on Ridge Road, DWI pending toxicology and further investigation, Criminal Mischief to a vacant residence on Willie Ray Drive, theft of a cell phone from a business on South Second Street, criminal mischief from a gunshot to an apartment at Steeplechase Apartments, theft of a motorcycle from a residence on Campground Road, Battery at a business on North Second Street, theft of a cell phone from an un-secure vehicle on Timber Lane and a about a dozen harassment reports. Disturbances reported on 6th Street, Willie Ray Drive, Dakota, Chalet, Hwy 321@ McDonalds, Wal Mart and West Elm Street. Accident Reports: 8 West Main Street @ 10th Street and 5th Street, Hwy 5 @ Greystone and @Rockwood, Hwy 321 @ Kerr and @ South 1st Street, Rockwood @ Wal Mart and 2nd @ St John Street. Arrest Reports: Clayton Carson, age 19, arrested for Theft By Receiving after being stopped on a traffic stop operating a stolen scooter reported stolen from Hot Springs. Carrie Chamness, age 19, arrested for DWI after a traffic stop by Officer Italiano. Christina Williams, age 27, arrested for Shoplifting after a call from Wal Mart Asset Protection. Secillia Russell, age 32, arrested for DWI after a traffic stop by Officer Ellison. Marcus Shelton, age 20, arrested for Aggravated Robbery and Aggravated Assault after a report of a shoplifting from Wal Mart management. After being stopped by management Shelton fought the manager causing the manager to suffer injuries requiring medical treatment. Shelton is currently being held at the Cabot Police Department on No Bond pending First Appearance in Circuit Court on 8-12-2014. 64 Extra Patrols 12 Traffic Stops with citations issued for Careless and Prohibited Driving 2, No Tail Lights 2, Failure to Register, No Proof of Insurance and Driving on a Suspended Drivers License 2. 17 Alarm Calls with all checking out OK and a lot being attributed to the weather 8 Court Papers Served
