Friday 9-20-13 This is not the last nice day of the season!! Just because it might rain for a few days doesn’t mean to forget about golf . . . OK!! So this weekend specials are a 10oz ribeye steak flame grilled and covered in a mushroom demi-glaze. The Chef calls it Steak Bordelaise, but that is not the important part, the important part is it tastes good. Also, we have Alaskan wild caught Coho salmon and I say wild not just because they are caught in the freezing cold Alaskan waters but I bet you didn’t know that Cohos really like to rock and roll! That’s right, they are party animals, well fish I guess, and really are a wild group! It’s a shame we had to conk them over the head. So even though life doesn’t go on for them it does for us and we are offering them glazed with honey, stone ground mustard, a hint of lemon and then we pan roast them. For our final act of the weekend we are offering our deep fried Captains Platter which includes cod, shrimp, and scallops and our homemade cocktail sauce.
