Friday 9/6 • Korean Beef Stir Fry: All natural beef flank steak sliced thin and sautéed with garlic, jalapeno, ginger, spinach, mung bean sprouts, cilantro, sesame, fresh cilantro and tamari-mirin reduction. Served with brown rice and kimchi. • Chipotle Lime Shrimp Salad: Wild caught Gulf shrimp marinated in chipotle and lime and grilled. Served over salad with romaine, tomato, avocado, charred corn, black beans, red onion, queso fresco and cilantro-lime dressing. • Quiche: Served with chef’s selection of locally farmed vegetables, locally creamed cheese and locally harvested free range eggs. Served with side salad.
