Friday Dessert Delight by Chef Paul Besra Todays Specialty: Waffle Preparation time-2 hrs. Serves-10 person Ingredients- Milk 1 ltr Egg 800 gms Oil 100 ml Flour 1000 gms Baking powder 120 gms Sugar 320 gms Method- Mix the flour with baking powder and keep aside Whisk the milk with eggs and sugar till all the sugar has dissolved Add in the flour and mix properly taking care that there are no lumps formed Add in the oil and finally strain the mixture Leave it for four hours for fermentation Cook them in waffle machine as required Serve with clarified butter, stewed fruits, whip cream and maple syrup
