Add to this the presence and practice of meditation and a pure voice that carries this presence and it’s a pretty amazing combination. During this experiential evening we will focus on the possibility of complete wellness. When the mind and spirit are in harmony the potential for healing is incredible. Lucinda will guide us into some chanting and gentle movement to relax the body. Then the relaxation will be taken deeper with meditation exercises. We will then encourage the bodys natural healing systems to engage, invoking healing on all levels. From emotional to physical to spiritual. Let go of old hurts and patterns, even if just for a moment, experience what you experience in a space of nurture and non judgement. Let the sacred music open your heart and touch your soul. Described as having, the voice of an Angel Lucinda has been touching hearts all over the world for many years. Her music is used by healers, mediators and those need of comfort and inspiration. Lucinda Drayton is well known as a singer/songwriter and has sold over 100,000 albums. She runs her own record label and has inspired people worldwide with her music. She is well known for writing and performing the spiritual classic A Hundred Thousand Angels. Lucinda is trained in some aspects of The REACH Approach and is currently studying integrative counseling. She has run groups all over the world and has 18 years experience as a practitioner of Ray Yoga meditation. Lucindas teaching style is fun, compassionate and real. Her joy is empowering individuals to find their path to freedom wholeness and a loving life. The music of Lucinda Drayton profoundly touches my soul.
