Friday Filosófico: A couple of months ago I had to switch my profile from public to private because a certain individual (who shall remain unnamed) created a fake profile and then set out to post rude comments all over my page. I since blocked said individual and turned my posts into private posts. Today I realized that this was not the correct way for me to approach such situation for 2 reasons: 1. I am a writer and more importantly I am a sharer of the Love of God, and social media is the strongest tool that has given me the opportunity to share with the world what the Lord has ordained me to share. The decision I made to turn my page from public to private has limited that and I apologize to those of you who have shared a word that I wrote with friends but they were unable to see it as I had the original post set to private. That wont happen anymore. 2. I should have known better than to cower to the spite, jealousy, anger and other weak emotions of people. When you are a bold person and stand up for what you believe in, people WILL come against you. It is a given and something I am ok with. But shame on me for allowing the weakness of others to dispel my faith in the fact that God has my back and He will not allow anyone to come against me. I am confident in who I am and someones attempts at tainting my character will no longer keep me from going full force. I am not going to hide. I am not ashamed of who I am or what I have been through. I aint no whimpy Christian. I am a woman of God, Ordained and Blessed by Him to do his good works. My posts will a lll be PUBLIC now. And to the haters who so lovingly decided to set their energy to hate, I only have one thing to say to you.... I forgive you, I love you and feel free to ask me for prayers in between your hatin sessions ;P #youcanHatemenowbutIwontStopNow
