Friday Fitness Tip: Try keeping a food journal. With the availability of so many convenience foods at our fingertips, it is easy to lose track of what foods and how much of them we are actually putting in our bodies each day. Keeping a food journal can shed some light on the relationship of what we are eating to how we are feeling, as well as help keep us on a straight track to reaching our goals.
