Friday Headlines: A day after the New Brunswick Legislature was closed to the public as a security precaution ... it was the scene of ceremony. The provinces new lieutenant governor, Jocelyne Roy-Vienneau, was officially installed yesterday. She is an educator and an engineer - one of the first women to earn that professional title from the Universite of Moncton. New Brunswicks Ombudsman says the provincial civil service needs a massive shift - to a culture of greater transparency. Charles Murray was commenting on a CBC News Investigation earlier this week.
