Friday January 09 2015, Deployed Police Men and Women watched over the large volume of devotees who heard the Holy Mass service at the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene in Quiapo, downtown of Manila. over 12,000 uniformed men and women of the Philippine National Police and the Armed Forces of the Philippines, were deployed yesterday, for security and crowd control, this was also a part of the preparation for the coming Papal Visit on January 15 to 19 2015.
