Friday Lunchtime Jukebox...When we were speaking personal thanks after lunch today, mine was trifold...obviously I have a huge load to be thankful for, but we were focusing - 1. Pastor Chuck Wilson for spotting me in a pretty large church as a new dad and husband, and guiding me to my faith like nobody else had been able to do previously. 2. Pastor Ernie Post, my current pastor, for being the right teacher at the right time for me, and pushing my faith into a new level. 3. George Woods, and our Mens Bible Group. I believe it to be highly important in life to find people and groups that strive to lift you higher. It is very hard to find. There are no shortages of things wishing to drag us down. I may be a lot of things, but digressing is not something I do. Im always moving up...thats always my focus. What a true honor to be included with guys like that. Always humbling. This song is a bit overplayed now, but for good reason...its really special. If you listen carefully to what shes singing...thats very serious stuff. Its about doing something few people ever achieve. Thats where I want to be. Might not ever get there, but thats what Im shooting for. Have a great weekend :) youtube/watch?v=1m_sWJQm2fs
