Such a life only leads to regret. Therefore, my friends, arouse a great vow! Have high hopes! Cherish lofty ideals! Do all of you have hopes and ideals? “The Daishonin says: ’The “great vow“ refers to the propagation of the Lotus Sutra [Nam-myoho-renge-kyo]’ (OTT, 82).
