Friday… Today’s Lunch Specials… Our first offering is Fried Catfish. BUT not ant ordinary catfish, we take the time to hand bread them in our own mixture of cornmeal and spices. Deep fry them till golden brown and give you several hushpuppies to accompany your fish. We also offer our hand made Salmon Patty. We have zested up the ‘ol traditional Salmon patties added some spice some sautéed onion, green peppers, garlic and couple of other secrets so come on down and give this new Patty a try. Both specials come with your choice of two (2) vegetables and a roll.
